Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate water mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining transparent communication throughout the restoration process.
Collaborate with field technicians to assess damage, develop mitigation plans, and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure that all restoration activities align with company standards of client compassion, professional excellence, and environmental stewardship.
Maintain detailed project records, including reports, documentation, and progress updates in mitigation software Encircle.
Stay updated on industry best practices, technology advancements, and environmental guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in services.
Foster a positive client experience by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a swift response to all inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in water damage restoration, project management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of water mitigation processes, industry regulations, and environmental considerations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client care.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
IICRC certification or similar industry accreditation is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
